SAFE START

Inspect & probe

01

AP preview starts automatically after BLE connects. These optional probes help inspect the glasses if the network does not appear.

Camera handoff

After BLE connects, the app sends OPEN_WIFI AP (39 30) to turn on the glasses access point, waits, then starts the camera service with START_LIVE AP (67 30). It reports each reply and waits for the network name.

AP stream steps
  1. When BLE connects, the app sends the AP setup command and then the live-preview command automatically.
  2. Use the network name shown above. The app cannot switch iPhone Wi-Fi from a webpage.
  3. Open iPhone Settings → Wi-Fi, tap the glasses network, and enter 12345678.
  4. Open an RTSP-compatible player and use one of the candidate stream URLs below.

The PWA cannot render the RTSP feed directly. A small RTSP-to-browser relay (HLS or WebRTC) is needed for an embedded live view. For now, use an RTSP-capable player after joining Wi-Fi; the app keeps BLE status and camera details here.

APK-DERIVED RTSP URL CANDIDATES

rtsp://192.168.169.1/h264
rtsp://192.168.49.207/xxx.mov
rtsp://192.168.169.1/xxx.mov
rtsp://192.168.1.254/xxx.mov

The APK labels command 39 OPEN_WIFI and defines 30 as AP; it starts live preview with 67 30. The reply values are not documented, so an AP is only confirmed when its SSID appears or the network is visible in iPhone Wi-Fi.
